Scribbles Design 5th Birthday Blowout

It's my honor to guest design for Scribbles Designs for the months of January, February and March this year.

And the month of January brings with it the Scribbles Design 5th Birthday Blowout.

Sandy has created 3 new sets for the big birthday party and the design team is having fun creating and giving away some of the fun images. Here's the scoop:
Go to the Scribbles Designs challenge blog. This post will tell you everything you need to know to win some awesome prizes and have fun with this birthday blowout. Now the party has already started. I am actually showcasing the Day 2 new stamp set called Carl Party. And one lucky commenter on my blog will win the Carl Party Presents image on my card below. For the next month we also have a birthday challenge that you can enter to win even more prizes. All the details are here. So here is my card for today!

I used 2 images from the Carl Party stamp set. Carl was one of the original characters that Sandy created for her designs. He's a cutie for sure. I colored my images with Spectrum Noir markers and then did some doodling with a white gel pen to make them stand out. The sentiment is also in the stamp set. The background paper is from Decosse's Dynamite Doodles. I couldn't resist since it fits so well with the theme.  I hope you'll check out yesterday's, today's and tomorrow's posts and join in all the fun. Don't forget to leave a comment on this post to win the Carl Party presents image.

Great card! Love all the blues you used. I love the presents and cake. The way you added the images with a sentiment to your card looks so good. Edwina Brown
