I used the technique that Gina K had a video of this week: paper piecing the flowers outside the oval shape. Very easy and super fun. The image and sentiment is from a Year of Flowers by Melanie Muenchinger. I used the Spellbinders oval and scalloped oval dies and a lattice punch. The oval is popped off the background with pop dots. The popped up flowers are a combination of punched flowers and some I cut on my Cricut. I entering this card in a few challenges:
- Joan's Garden challenge: lots of layers; pink and white; dimensional flowers; rectangle or oval layer
- Outlawz Saturday challenge: flower power
- Scrap Creations challenge: pop it up
Hope your week is progressing nicely. Rain coming in tonight but I think we are supposed to be in the 60s this week. Isn't this end of February and beginning of March? Very odd weather for this time of year. Have a happy Wednesday.

Your card is very pretty! Glad you still have a job...that has got to be quite the unsettling atmosphere to be in. I'm sure you are doing great though!
Donna, your card is beautiful. I love the flower outside the oval.
It looks like a framed picture. Great job!
