Courtney’s Bubble Wrap Challenge

Earlier this week I tried a bubble wrap challenge from Courtney.

Stamping with bubble wrap takes some practice. I wasn’t satisfied with my first card so I found a better piece of bubble wrap and tried again. The result was this background that I thought looked so much like Easter eggs that I decided to center the card around them. So here’s my latest try at bubbly wrap stamping. I like this one much better!

I liked the sketch that I used so much that I made another card with the same sketch. I thought the colors said Easter so it too wound up being an Easter card too. The only thing I don’t like about this sketch is that I have to make envelopes to go with the cards. It really isn’t that difficult but the time that I have I’d rather be making cards than envelopes.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and looking forward to a good week. It should be another very busy week at work so I’m hoping that everything goes smoothly. Thanks for stopping by. Until next time….

Happy inking,

Love the cards Donna. My bubble wrap attempt for the challenge was a total disaster and ended up in the bin!
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment, it's really appreciated.

I think both your bubble wrap cards are great! I love the Easter cards too. Something about Easter makes me feel all excited and happy! :)

I have a super easy way to make envies for square cards, if you want it. I struggle with the squares too. :)
