It's so unusual for me to be posting on a Monday morning but a day off work can do wonders for your attitutde. You can read about my Mother's Day on the post below.
It was wonderful! I am so blessed! Last night I had some time to sit down and work on a birthday card for my brother.
I had cut an oval out for an earlier card and thought I should use the cut section on a card. This is what I came up with. The images and inside sentiment is from
Theresa Momber's Timeless Treasures found at
Gina K Designs. I sponged the white card stock with Bashful Blue ink and then used More Mustard for the inside rim. I used the same on the Quikcutz Tag die only opposite. The time pieces are popped off the card and the outside sentiment is from
Everyday Classics from Papertrey Ink.
This card is for a challenge over at
Flourishes Blog. The challenge was to "make it manly." So I am entering my brother's birthday card. I have a couple other "guy cards" I have to make but don't know if I'll get them finished before the challenge is up. Thanks to Flourishes for getting me going! I didn't have any manly Flourishes stamps so I had to come up with something else.
My apologies if I haven't caught all my typos and spelling errors. I am still getting used to my new laptop. Hope you all have a wonderful week! Talk with you soon.
Inky hugs,
Donna
