Card Pattern Challenge

I've been a terribly lazy blogger this week. And actually a terribly lazy crafter this week too. But I wanted to share this card that I made for the Card Pattern Sketch Challenge. I used one of my favorite Gina K stamps: the hot air balloons from Eclectic Summer.

The base card stock is textured and looks really cool in real life. The yellowish card stock is edged with a Martha Stewart edge punch. And the smallest layer is Basic Grey Indiana Summer and embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots. The images are paper pieced with Basic Grey paper also and backed with a sponged sky background. The additional embellishments, the star brads, follow the sketch. It's a great sketch at Card Patterns this week. Check it out!

Hope you're having a great week. We are over hump day and we're on the down side. Have a great end to your week!

Inky hugs,

Donna
