This card is a departure from my normal cards and I rather like how this one turned out. This card is pretty simple but it took a while to complete. The border on the left is fussy cut and with all the nooks and crannies it took some time to cut. I stamped the doily (that I got in the dollar bin at Target) with my retired Stampin' Up! word background. I added the pink heart stamped with the same Penny Black border from the Puzzle Piece set. Then I added the sentiment from the Penny Black Hugs set in Memorybox white ink. I am entering the Flourishes Love Letters challenge with this card. You have until Friday at 5p.m. to enter the challenge and the prize is the entire Flourishes January release. What a prize! Thanks for stopping by today. I am hoping to have another card for you tomorrow.

Oh you must be a lady of great patience with all that fussy cutting, but I must say it looks wonderful and very well done. wow! Love the stamping over the doily.

I love to see a doily on a card- especially a Valentines Day card...takes me back many years... : ) Love your design and all of the attention to detail (and fussy cutting).
