Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge #7

This week at Stampin' Sisters in Christ the challenge is "to show the earth rejoicing." Wow! I could think of tons of ways to do that, but I needed a card for a special friend who is about to have surgery. So here's what I did.

I used the sketch challenge from Stamp TV. The image is from the Eclectic Summer stamp set and colored with Koh-i-Noor woodless pencils and OMS. I them pop dotted it to the background. The sentiment is from Elegant Flowers. Both sets are by Gina K. I completed the card with a little ribbon and a few brads trying to match colors in the flowers. Please keep my special friend in your prayers this week in hopes that her surgery is successful and recovery is easy.
