With Sympathy

Unfortunately the weekend is almost over. It's been a busy one for our family. We moved our youngest back home from North Carolina. We have a garage full of furniture that will need to be assimilated into the household for a while. So most of this week will be finding nook and crannies to stick stuff. I'm thrilled to have him home again for a while.
I didn't have a lot of time this weekend to craft but I do have a card that I haven't posted yet. The last of my sympathy cards that I needed a few weeks ago.

The background is more of the leftover wallpaper. The beautiful flowers are a pre-colored image from Doodle Pantry called Buttercups. The sentiment is from a Gina K set. I use Spellbinders circle dies to cut the image and background. And then added the square self-adhesive rhinestones. Pretty easy.

Hope your weekend was spectacular and you have a wonderful start to your week. Take care!

Donna

Very nice - I have a bunch of left over wall paper too - never thought of using it for cards - great idea!

A beautiful card for such a hard theme. You did a lovely job. I also love your leftover wallpaper background. I just sent my youngest off to college and redid his room. However, I know he will be headed home next May, and I wonder too where I will put everything, but I'll enjoy every minute with all his mess while he's home.
