This set took me a little longer than I expected. The Cuttlebug Challenge for the last week was to make a desk set to celebrate back to school. So I made a little note book to keep my notes to myself and then I found instructions for making this box.
The background paper is embossed with the argyle embossing folder. I added a few images colored with a mixture of Bic markers and colored pencils.
I love the "I like your style" sentiment and I paired it with the images of the dresses. The box will be used to store cards that I make and I'm getting ready to send out. I'll add my dividers for the months so I can store my cards by month.
Here's another shot of the set. On this picture you can see some of the Shapeabilities I added to the top and back of the box. My newest Nesties to play with. I got them at Hobby Lobby on clearance! Yeah!
And the last shot shows the side of the box. I was surprised how large it actually was. I used Velcro for the closure. If I was giving this as a gift I think I would have added a handle too.
Well, it's been a long day and I need to hit the sack. I hope your week is going well so far. Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful Wednesday!
Happy inking,
Donna
