Christmas Joy

Happy Sunday! I am posting early today since I get to go see Jersey Boys tonight at the auditorium. So excited! I love the music of the Four Seasons.
I did this card yesterday for the sketch challenge at From the Heart blog. They have a March blog hop going on and today is the last day. Some fabulous prizes to be won if you hop along. Here's the sketch that I worked with:

And here's my card.

The stamp is called Angel Joy. I used a doily I had on hand for the circular shape and popped up the fussy-cut image after coloring it with Copics. I added a scrap of Christmas paper from my scrap box. I think this one is from the Paper Studio. The sentiment is embossed in black and the sentiment stamp is from the Little Paper Shop which sadly has closed. I added some sparkle on the angel wings and on the doily with Diamond Stickles and finished it off with green gem stones.

Carolina Girl (Cely) said...: I saw the Jersey Boys at our Pesce Center. It was awesome. And not to date me, but I saw the Four Seasons in concert when I was in college. Valli's voice was even more spectacular in person than on records. Me er knew the story behind the group. One would think it was paradise.
