Trick or Treat

Happy Halloween! The day is here but our fun was cancelled because of weather. Trick or treat in our area will be tomorrow night. We are under storm and tornado watches so the city and county decided to postpone the kids' fun. But I have a couple of Halloween projects that I did before I got sick and never showed on my blog so I decided this would be the perfect time.
I made a number of Halloween cards but never sent them out so I think I'll be sending them over the weekend a little belatedly. This is a really CAS card. A little designer paper, a cute little sentiment and a bit of ribbon. Pretty fast and easy.
I'm entering these challenges:

My other project was the little gifts that I gave my co-workers today.
I made 16 of these little owls for my co-workers. I used scrap paper from my stash and edged it with a scalloped punch for the feathers. Punched the eye balls and added the little beak. Inside was a Ghirdelli candy because everyone likes chocolate. I'm entering these challenges:
Hope your Halloween was frightfully fun! Thanks for stopping by and checking in with me today!
Hugs,
Donna

hope your hearing is coming back and that you are feeling better.

stay safe. we had rain - over 3 inches and my yard is muddy. even puppy doesn't want to go out in it, but they didn't cancel halloween. i don't participate anyway so i really didn't care.

have a great friday!

hugs :)

What a super great CAS design, Donna! If it's okay with you I may steal this idea to beef up my meager stash of Christmas cards.

Love the candy holders you made for the office. Bet everyone loved them!

Hi Donna, hope you are feeling somewhat better, great news about your son. Empty nests are good and bad, you miss the noise and the footsteps but the new found privacy is great too. I hate it when they move far away though, but life is as it is!
Great CAS Halloween card and the little owls are fabulous and make such wonderful treat holders!
hugs
