My card tonight is for two challenges. One is a new challenge that I've never played in before. Clearly iStamp blog is a great blog that I subscribe to. They have wonderful ideas and tutorials that make stamping fun! Their Clearly Inspired Challenge is announced each Friday. This week you were supposed to use 5 of something. So on this card, I have 5 layers above the card base and 5 gemstone embellishments. You still have time to drop by and check out the fun this week!
The card also is for the Cuttlebug Spot challenge. The challenge this week was to use fruit in your card somehow. My image is from a Stampin' Up! set called Sun Ripened II. The sentiment is from the Holiday Cheer Stamp TV kit by Gina K. And of course I used my Cuttlebug to emboss: the black sheet is embossed with the Victoria folder and the green sheet is embossed with Swiss Dots. You can still participate in this challenge too.
