Father's Day Love

Happy Monday! This was my first Monday at home since I changed my work hours from 40 to 30. Last Monday was actually my first Monday off but I spent 14 hours in a car driving back from Pensacola after helping my son move to a new apartment. I can't believe how much I accomplished today. I was able to get an appointment with my eye doctor. I've been trying to get that in since February. I cut and packaged fudge for a recognition dinner for Girl Scouts on Thursday and made  a second batch as I need 50 packages of fudge. I paid some bills, got my hair cut and made two meals for the week. I am so thrilled to have a day to get things done. Now why can't I do that one the weekend? Oh well, now I have Monday. Did I say I was thrilled? What a blessing Monday will be!

My card today is for Father's Day.
I actually used a Tuesday Morning Sketch but didn't get this loaded before the challenge ended. The image and sentiment are from DeeDee's stamps and it's the image of the month. The set is called Dad's Day Off. I used a pre-colored image. I used my wood grain embossing folder. Inked the sentiment and added some brads and twine as embellishments. I am entering these challenges:

I guess that's it for today. Tomorrow is back to work but I'll feel lots better since I got so much done. Take care and have an awesome week!

Oh my, you did accomplish such a great deal. Made me tired just reading all that you did (and I felt extremely lazy too!) Love this cute Dad's Day DeeDee image. So right with this woodgrain embossing. Love these pre-colored digis. Hope you had a little restup after all your day's labors! TFS & Hugs (our DD was born in Pensacola NAS long ago).
