MIA again

I think this summer is going to be wash between Girl Scout day camp and my daughter's wedding. Ha! I haven't seen my desk in over a week. Of course we were gone to visit my son in Florida over last weekend. So today I am scrambling to finish up my last progressive challenge for the month.

The digi stamp is from DigiStamps4Joy for their month progressive challenge. The image is colored with Copics and I used the Spellbinders Oval and then beaded ovals to back the image. I added the embossed star to the image since Magi follow the star, right? I used the sketch for the Wednesday Outlawz challenge. The background green paper has stars stamped in Versa Mark stamped all over. A bit difficult to see in the photo. I used some Christmas paper scraps and die cut the scalloped shapes. Add the sentiment tag from Clear Dollar Stamps and finished off with the star outlined in Gold Stickles and the dots on the beaded oval.
I am entering these challenges:
Thanks for stopping by today. I am hoping to finish off the proto type of my daughter's wedding centerpiece this weekend. I'll pass it along when it is finished. Have an awesome weekend.

nice. at least you got a head start on xmas.
i haven't seen my room in almost 3 weeks. i'm enjoying the nice weather and my deck too much, plus piddling around the house to just "fix it up" now that i'm not selling. my stash is low and mojo is gone. if he doesn't come back soon, the july church birthdays won't go out. oy vey!

enjoy the week.

hugs :)

Last year, I hurt my back, and three of my kids got married, I cared for my mother in law, my father fell, my mother in law died... and my blog got ZERO attention for more than a year. Now, my daughter is expecting her first baby, my son's wife is expecting... both boys... and I already have 8 grandsons. So will I get back to crafting?? LOL maybe. I've been having fun making rubber band bracelets and playing with clay and stamping and coloring with grandkids but not so much with just me. :)

Oh wow Donna this is beautifully designed and coloured. Love the vibrant red. Thank you for taking the time to use this month’s free Christmas image. You have automatically qualified to receive next month’s Christmas image for free, which will be emailed to you at the beginning of June.

Gorgeous design, Donna! Sounds like you will have a wonderful summer with the wedding, scouts and traveling. Enjoy every minute of it. Don't let crafting get in the way of a fun summer. Plenty of time to craft when it's cold and you are shut indoors because of the weather.
