Easter for Friends

Happy Tuesday! I have two cards tonight. I'll get right to it!

I attached Washi tape on a piece of card stock and then punched a butterfly. I popped the butterfly up off the card but added a piece of designer paper underneath. I stamped the border from a Penny Black set and the sentiment from a Simon Says kit.
I'm entering these challenges:
My second card is for Easter.

The image is from Free Kids Coloring and the sentiment is a stamp I bought at Hobby Lobby years ago. It actually has a bunny on it too but I covered the bunny after I inked it up so I could just print the sentiment. I added the chevron paper and the self-adhesive gems.
I am entering these challenges:
Our weather was gorgeous today: bright and sunny for a change but freezing. We are supposed to have cold weather for the next few days. Wishing for spring. Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you found some inspiration in my creations.

Two great ideas and a fun sketch you followed. I have yet to buy this tape everyone is buying. I still don't see the hoopla, but I see you card and THAT card with tape is great and one of first that has caught my eye using the tape in such a fun way. I guess I need to buy a roll but from what I see, I need to buy several rolls of different designs to make a statement. Yours are the most fun I've seen or really really liked. Again, I love your butterfly and precious rabbit cards.
