Elegant Blue and Green

Welcome! It's Tuesday already. Strange day today. I had to have blood drawn this morning so I was late for work. I thought it would take 15 minutes and an hour later they are still trying to draw my blood. It's like my blood knows that it doesn't want to be found so my veins hide, big time. After several sticks, they finally found a vein. So I worked through lunch to make up my hour and then the server went down at 3 p.m. At 4:30 we decided there wasn't much sense in sitting around anymore and went home. Still no news on our department reorganization or my re-assignment. Still packing to move buildings wherever out new office will be.

I have an elegant card tonight. At first I didn't think I liked the card but I think it's growing on me.

I do like the pearls and the fluer de lis die cuts. The paper is from Doodle Pantry and the image is Doodle Pantry Blue Bonnets. Don't forget to check out Doodle Pantry's challenge. If you participate you receive the new Quirky Bunny set.

This card is for Joan's Garden Challenge. The challenge must have corner embellishments, a color theme of blue and green, some kind of flowers, and an oval background. That's it for tonight. I have to go work on my online class. I decided to take a class about my Cricut. I wanted to use it more but didn't know how. So I'm working on learning something new. Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a wonderful rest of the week!

Donna, hope you are feeling better. We have both had the crud for a week and it is no fun. I love your card. The layering of the dies reminds me of the image in the paper. So beautiful.
