Birthday Train and More

We had a gorgeous day weather-wise today and we're supposed to have another wonderful day tomorrow. I'm feeling a bit better but I have absolutely no voice at all. It's really hard to work with no voice. I'm hoping that tomorrow will be better in that department. While I was sick I had a couple of birthday cards that I needed to make but my motivation wasn't really there. So here are my cards that aren't exactly my best work.
The first card is for my BIL. He used to work on trains so I added that to his card.

I believe the train is from TLC. Used the Spellbinder's oval and scalloped oval die and Tartan embossing folder. The sentiment is from a Gina K stamp set called Inside and Out.
My other card is for my FIL. I kept it CAS.
The March sentiment is from Blue Bird Flats and I can't remember where I found the balloons. Please let me know if you know so I can give proper credit. The patterned paper is blue sky with some clouds. Pretty simple, but like I said my motivation just wasn't there. I'm hoping for a better showing soon.

Thanks for stopping by. I'm hoping to continue to improve health-wise and maybe my mojo will return. I'm looking forward to the weekend. My husband is meeting my sons in North Carolina and Dan and Tom will be visiting Steve for the weekend and then hiking 58 miles of the Appalachian Trail next week. Tom will drive home then on the following Sunday. So I'll have some me time and hopefully some fun crafting time. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
